Well I have to say,, that this subway restaurant is is the best little fast food sandwich restaurants that ive been to an quite... a while now... ???? The location of this subway is spectacular and you've got more than one way in and one way out and plentyof parking... ???? There is handicap parking and handicap access and restroom as well... ???? The atmosphere was fantastic andthe employees, well I tell you like this,if I had a business I would love to have them same employees work for me !!...???? They had been so nice and helpful and most of all respectful to me and other's whom had been in the subway...???? And thestore was very clean yes and seemed to be be very organized... ?? The food was very fresh like I want to say the vegetables werevery crispy... Well I could go on and on about this particular Family restaurant but all I got to say is it was wonderfulexperience and I will be telling others and will be back and I thank y'all so so very much ... ?????? They were out of meatballs, and thr microwave didn't work. They were also out of turkey. Slow. Internet service doesn't work in... the building to pay with my phone or use deals from the app. They didn't accept another customers printed coupon. Maybe I won'thave to go back. Holtville subway is better. Read more
Got coupons in the mail, and today this Subway refused to take them, and even had a sign on the door for us to present our... coupons before ordering. Presented coupons and employee said they only take coupons for free cookies. Used a coupon 2 weeks agoat this location from the same coupon sheet. At some point Subway needs to realize they have overpriced the subs and without thecoupons a lot of people would not shop their store. We will never come back and we frequented this location regularly. Read more
I use to have no problems at this location until today. It comes down to ?customer service?. We get coupons in the mail all the... time and me and family decided to go and use a few we had so we go down to Subway and to our surprise this franchise owner doesnot honor coupons from Subway even though it is posted on the door have your coupons ready sign plain as day?.. Since whoevermanager or employee said what they said to us, a few future customers walked out?. I have been in the customer service field forover 20+ years and that is not how you make money, you going to let business walk out because you don?t honor your own companiescoupons. This is probably the laziest Subway I have ever been to. I eat here 2-3 times a month because it's convenient for work and they... never get my order right. If I do online order, they 100% of the time forget my drink and/or chips and ALWAYS have an attitudeabout it. If they remember my drink, they always give me a fountain instead of the bottle I normally order. Every time I orderedthe fountain drink in the past it's either pure carbonation or pure syrup, there has never been a good mixture so I just gave upon that. I have been going to this Subway for a little over a year now. They need better quality control and management orsomething, because they have been dropping the ball since my first time ordering.
