I arrived to place my order indoors and was told I needed to place it myself on the tablets, which is absolutely fine. However... after approximately 20 minutes of waiting I stepped to the counter, to remind them I was there. A few moments afterwords theyset a bag on the counter and walked away with no words. It was my order but only half of it, after waiting for the completeorder and getting our drinks we left. Not the worst experience I've had at Taco Bell (another location), but overall anunderwhelming experience. If you decide to stop here for food, I suggest you either use the drive-thru or wait at the counter,it's clear that staff moral is low. Read more

Ordered dinner here for my fam. The meat taste and smelled like an old mildewed wet dish rag! Did the survey on the back... complaining about the order. Was "never" contacted at all about it. Never and i mean never wasting a dime in this place! Ever. Read more

Placed an order online per the website, and my card was charged, received an email stating it was okay to head for pick up of... the food. Once I arrived I let the drive thru attendant know that I had placed a pick up order, and already paid. She proceedsto tell me that she doesn't have beans ready to make my order and she is only making breakfast. If there are set hours forcertain items the franchise needs to have the websites updated to reflect this. I was charged for my full order they refused tomake !!!! I reached out for a follow up and I am hoping that the GM will make this right. Read more

The issue that I had was that the people who took my order did not get it right. So, I got food that I really did not want... other than my soft Taco. But, they gave me chicken chilupas instead of beef. Chicken is not bad when you have a taste for it.May not happen to you. But, be careful just incase it does. Read more
