First off the rooms are gorgeous since the renovations. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and it was time! I... can’t give the room 5 stars because I was on the 10th floor and it took the hot water - no lie - 15 minutes of get hot! Afteryou ran it for 15 minutes it was amazing. So, I am a Delight card holder and they are lacking with my perks. I can’t ever geta suite anymore and it’s always it’s the discretion of the hotel even if my casino host requests one. It’s like - I havespent all this money and continue to spend money and I’m not getting anything for it outside of a comp room - mostly anyonecan get - some food credits and a little bit of free play. I have options. I can drive to Tampa and go to the Hard Rock or to NCbut I choose to come here but I’m not liking how I’m being treated anymore. Don’t get me wrong the people that work hereare awesome. It’s the politics that is getting in the way I guess and making it not a great experience anymore. I mean a suiteonce in awhile is hardly an ask when I spend 10x that amount. All in all I have loved this casino and it’s still a great trip! Read more
The service was outstanding! Except for the valet that took forty minutes to come to the room and get our luggage for check-... out. They wrote the room number down wrong. The room was awesome. The bed was comfy and the black-out shades worked great. Theroom service prices were great and the breakfast grill inside the casino was nice with good food at a good price. My onlycomplaint was that it was darn near impossible to get a drink in the casino! Read more
This was a good time with friends but the last time I was there was 2017. They need new games I couldn't really find one that I... liked so I played the most popular ones. I'm not much of a gambler, but the staff was helpful and mostly well mannered. The place was easy to find, clean and inviting.... The $10 food credit for new players was definitely appreciated! I enjoyed a wonderful large chocolate brownie with walnuts andcaramel sauce covered with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream! It was so good it unfortunately got eaten too fast to catch apicture of it.... Bathrooms were huge and easily accessible, and there was a free soda fountain on either side of the hugegaming room. They're was a special smoking room with games in it, but I didn't check it out further because the outdoor smokingsection was easily accessible and inviting. Had a wonderful time. Won a little bit then lost it but it was still a good time. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Food was... great at both BB King's and can't remember the name of the other restaurant there where we ate breakfast but very nice too. Really good place to spend a weekend or just get a way for a day. Room was really nice, Fire restaurant had good food and... service. The grill to go was fast and good food. My only gripe is they need more stuff for non-gamblers to do while at theresort and a few different type of machines to play. Get that digital roulette machine. Read more

By Far the best hotel Ive stayed at. If there are a few issues it is overlooked by how well everything else goes. Prices are by... far the best. The higher the floor the better because of the view.. All the staff there are wonderful. I have not had a badinteraction with anyone. I wish i could name the workers but i lost the paper I had with their names on it. You all know who youare and I think you know who I am. I hope they pay you all well because you all deserve it. Read more
