Everyone we encountered at this location was super kind and attentive. Our order was taken quickly and kindly. Our food was... served hot and in a timely manner. They also offered the kids king crowns which I haven't gotten at a BK in a long time. We werejust passing through but I would definitely stop again. Everyone leaving good reviews of this place must work there or have friends/ family that do. This is the worst Burger King I've... ever dealt with, and that says a lot. Nice new building but the customer service attentiveness to orders and food is terrible.Do not waste your time or money at this place. Unless you have nothing better to do and don't mind throwing your money away ongarbage. Had to wait here more than once on small orders for way to long. They still didn't get it right. Paid for a mediumSprite got carbonated water. Couldn't go back because I was going to be late to work from waiting on what should've been a shortsimple order. Do better BK. Absolute worst fast food service ever. I shut my vehicle off so they could here me they took several minutes just to take my... order and they couldn't hear anything kept asking me to repeat myself and still got my order wrong. Gave a tip before realizingit was wrong even tho the lady was being rude and mean mugging. Half of the tip would have covered the biscuit she left off theorder and still asked for more money. I will never eat at burger King again after going to two different ones that day in twodifferent cities and being treated the same. Seems like lack of staff or just managers being cheap and not working enough pplcausing extra stress on employees and ridiculous wait time. Took a long time to get meal. When it did arrive it was all wrong. Needed an interpreter to communicate to the cook what was... ordered. Had to use sign language to explain what was needed at that moment. I felt as though I was overseas in this 1 hourexperience Read more
It's amazing how fast service left the building after the grandest of openings. Everything was great for a month now you park in... line for 20 min and give up or get completely ignored when you go to order. 3 times this happened.. why am I surprised BurgerKing in gulf county is so poor. Read more
Food is good. Service is slow sometimes but good. Friendly, hard working staff. If your experience or wait time is unacceptable... try to remember the team they have all had to train at different locations and got thrown together to make a new store runproperly. New personalities collide and methods are different from store to store. Give your Burger King team a chance to settlein. All new businesses have bugs to work out! Read more

Its awesome to finally have a place to grab a quick bite w/o driving 20 mi. This was my 3rd visit. Always a very friendly crew... no matter what shift. The drive-thru was crowded so, I went in for a to-go simple Whopper w/ cheese meal, I wish the tomatoesweren't so ?see thru? thin & unfortunately the fries were cold.
