Love the fresh Chipotle with Beautiful Day at Park! This location is always good with the lines but they've been short of Staff... which is causing the lines to be long and the food not to be made in time but staffs are very Kind and nice. The other Chipotlewas definitely closed because they are short of staff which is understandable why it does take a long time but Food was Amazing( Got the vegetarian option) ???? Today was the third time in a row that the order was slow, wrong and incorrectly charged. There does not appear to be competent... management at the Wexford location. Totally poor service and product. But over or incorrectly charging is totally wrong. Ownership needs to intervene and correct the situation. Read more
Customer service is atrocious. They direct you to the corporate contact which is equally useless. One would think a "restaurant"... would let the customer know that almost half of what they ordered is not available before charging them for it anyway. And thenoffering zero compensation. Wasting my time talking to a bot via the corporate website to get two BOGO offers. To spend moremoney. Makes sense. These are the most sparce bowls I've ever seen. For $27.00. All other times I've ordered from this location(not often) there have been no issues but even for fast casual dining this is....disappointing and unacceptable. Read more
I was starting to doubt this location as my last few trips were a disappointment. Today was completely different. Everything was... fresh, they were not out of anything, staff was friendly. The restaurant was well stocked and clean. Plus my meal was all thebest things about Chipotle. Kudos to staff, Isabella, for great service! Read more
Update. Previous five stars reduced to three. Last couple of visits as previously noted in five star review about them... skimping on meat, now it's almost non existent. I maybe had a tablespoon of barbacoa. Not joking. Lettuce had dark all alongedges, no cheese was put on the bowl. Maybe I'll have to stop pickup order to see if that helps. Ive been here twice. It'salways super busy and seemingly understaffed. Today they were accepting online orders only. They skimped a bit on the meat,but overall after mixing well the ingredients tasted fresher and more in harmony with each other than any other chipolte thatIve been to in the 3 recent years. That flavor combo that I love for a particular order I place, when it is done right, tastesso amazing and is down right crave worthy. Ive had some really good chipolte and really really bad. The closer you get to thecity the worse it gets, but not always. I have a chipolte in the 'burbs that is on my way home and I would NEVER eat there. 10/10 orders all wrong and blobs of fat etc. So every time I try a new chipolte Im always nervous. I will stop at this one inwexford each time I am around for lunch, because both times the ingredients were perfectly done. Rice done correctly, meatwasnt too fatty, right amount of items when I ask for light this, heavy that. Aside from a slight under portion of meat, likeI said this place is one of the best Ive eaten at. They need staff though. Read more
I love chipotle and often come here, this establishment in particular somehow constantly manages to be 10-15 minutes late on my... online orders. No matter how busy or slow it is my order is always late. Employees don't seem to care at all. Read more
Love chipotle so visited the store at Wexford , the food was good as usual but the reason for 3 stars was that they were out of... vegetables and when we requested there was no effort to refill it but state that they are out. My advice would be if you don?tintend to refill an item dont have that empty container with a few veg items stuck to the side be visible to the customer. Staff also need to insure the area is clean and napkins are available for the customers . Read more
