Went to the drive-thru. They should call it a crawl-thru. It was 11 AM & I ordered a double hamburger & regular (small) fry,... which came to $4.47. Although they have two drive-thru lines, the issue with their service speed is getting the product outquickly. On the positive, the fries were hot. The double burger had 3 picked, mustard & ketchup. I didn't see any reconstitutedonions, so maybe they discontinued these on their regular burgers? To conclude, fast food is no longer fast or inexpensive! We were on a road trip, and a member of our party had a medical emergency which required a restroom. We quickly googled nearby... McDonald's, because they're dependable and theres always one close by. We arrived at 8:35pm and called to try and explain thesituation as their lobby was closed. As soon as I mentioned needing the restroom and before I was even able to mention themedical emergency, the woman on the phone said "I cant let anyone in my lobby theres a gas station across the street byeeee" andhung up the phone. We undestand policy as we all work in foodservice and have worked for corporations before, but she hung up onan EXTREMELY serious matter. It was disgustingly unprofessional and unkind. Worst managed McDonald?s in the area. Staff randomly locks the door when they get overwhelmed but leave the mobile app to allow... in store pick up for Mobil orders. Then they force you to sit for 20 min in the drivethru just so your not wasting money. Ofcourse if you have to be somewhere at a specific time and stop at the location because you thought it would be convenient, well,your wrong and screwed. Read more
Tuesday, August 8, 2022 4:43pm drive thru order #1373. I was looking forward to trying the crispy chicken sandwich. I was... greatly disappointed. At first look it was too dark, over cooked. It had a burnt taste to it as if the oil was old or had beenover heated. It was terribly dry. The bun was bigger than the chicken, adding to the dryness. Hopefully this was a fluke, andnot the norm. The fries and drink were perfect. The person taking the order, and drive thru window person were polite andprofessional. I like the ease of giving the order # from the app. If I hadn't been on my way somewhere, I would have brought itback. Read more
They were not that busy. We went through on Tuesday at around 1. We ordered 20 piece nuggets with sauces and 2 cheeseburger... happy meals. They got the sauces wrong and the burgers in the kids meals. Thankfully I got the nuggets so I gave my kids thenuggets I ordered for myself and gave my dogs the burgers. How hard is it do make 2 plain cheeseburgers for kids meals? Plus thelady at the window was rude cause my drinks were taking to long. She told me to pull forward to the blue line as if I shouldhave done it without her telling me first. Just a whole disappointment. Read more

Slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. Not only are they slow they'll still get your order wrong. Don't waste your time it's not... worth it I don't care how much you want that Big Mac or the fries or the sweet tea or whatever. Craving will not be satisfiedyou'll be left with a taste of disappointment only. Read more
