It?s just going down hill. The service is absolutely horrible. I went there had to wait for them to make online orders. (IT took... 10 minutes for them to do so)?.. FROM there on out I only place online orders come to find out if it?s supposed to be done let?ssay like today at 535 pm.. and it?s one single bowl of queso mind you. They wait on the family of 12 ordering 10 papers worth ofstuff ( after asking sir are you waiting on an online order) I said yes just a bowl of queso?. So no matter what I feel themoral of the story is no matter what anymore you wait an extra 10-15 min each time no matter what. I was told originally theygot to make the orders up next aka online order sorry sir now I got the online order and you are waiting on the walk in people.Congrats only reason you get 2 stars is because you got good queso. One of my favorite places in the area to get vegan food. The quality of food, cleanliness of the restaurant, and friendliness of... staff is what makes it great! I haven't had any issues with cross contamination and every ingredient I need is always stockedup. It's similar to chipotle but better because I never have to worry about Moe's being out of guac or find meat/dairy mixedinto my food!! Read more

The dirty front doors told me what I'd find inside. I ordered a Homewrecker Bowl with ground beef. When it came to adding the... beef, the kid scrapped around the container for what was around the sides and when he asked another kid to get more, I thoughthe'd put more from the new container in the bowl. Instead he shoved the container to the next kid (who was too good to beworking there obviously - ie attitude), who asked what else I wanted. I said "more beef." He took the spoon around the emptycontainer and flung a tsp in the bowl and asked, "what else?" When I got to the register, there was a half of a hand-full ofchip crumbs in the bin, and the cashier was going for them for my order. I stopped her and said I just got the last scrappingsof beef, I don't want the chip crumbs, too. She went and got another bin of chips. The salsa bar was sloppy and dirty. Loved visiting Moe's for the first time and getting the Taco Meal Kit! It was super yum and would have got a 5 star if they... DIDN'T FORGET THE QUESO for the chips ???? Will have to specify extra next time to ensure to get. Also was a bit surprised whenordered the fresh lemonade that came out of the machine and was put into a bag, most likely will not add that again, but it wasok. Moe's is my favorite of all like competetors but I'm just ever so slightly upset as they seem to have changed the menu language... from all those pop-culture references to sometihng more generic. I guess the Seinfeld/Caddyshack references that I rememberhave aged out of a younger demo, so I guess it's a good move for Moe's. But is it? Does everything have to be spelled out, inthis case literally, for every single person? We can't mix in a bit of nuance with our guac? Whatever the case, I'm not makingmy choice of burrito joints on this topic. However, I'm a bit more concerned at the size, or downsize of the menu items. Mygo-to, the Juniro Burrito (I assume this is the same item previously refered to as the Joey Jr), used to be a bigger burritothan the one I recently bought. Maybe just a product of the location and/or the specific person building it, but it wasdefinitively smaller than previous.
