This monticellos let me down a bit. While the restaurant has half its dining area closed, understandably, the other half was... packed. So I opted to get togo. It took 45 minutes to make a pizza and wings. I saw people get seated and served before Igot my togo order. The teenagers up front never said a word to me about my order being late and when I asked around 30 minutemark, I was told it was coming right up. When I saw then bring out a bag and place it on a pizza box that was sitting on thecounter for a good 15 minutes (not in a warmer or warmer bag, I realized that was my order. They called me up and sure enough,I got in the car and the pizza wasn't hot. I understand being busy, but the other monticellos in cranberry and mccandless areado not do this. Best calzones in the North Hills! Dough cooked perfectly, crunchy outside, soft inside, with generous amounts of ricotta,... provolone and mozzarella cheese with two toppings of your choice. Marinara sauce that comes with it is the perfect compliment.Staff is always courteous and friendly when we order take out. Read more
I ordered the fish sandwich and fries. Can I say this was probably the closest thing I?ve gotten to EXACTLY how fish n chips... tastes over in the UK. ACTUAL COD on my sandwich AND the breading is almost identical to my favorite places fish breading. 10/10Would absolutely order again. Read more
Main dining area is closed. There is a few booths in the bar area. Pizza was fresh. Cheese wedges were delicious. Price was... fair. Read more
Ordered two large pizzas, with tip it was $50, so exactly not inexpensive. Told to pick up in 20 minutes, I was there in 25 and... straight home, which is 5 minutes away. Both pizzas were barely warm, room temp really. We actually had to put both in our oven,on a very hot day, to heat them up. This is the second time this has happened and it's really unacceptable. We didn't want tocook because it's so hot outside and ended up having to turn on the oven anyway. I'll be going to Pomodoro from now on. Read more

Fantstic pizza. They're doing great for covid preparedness. Drive up pick up amd pay. No in house dining, the person bringing... the pizza out wore a mask. And again... fantstic pizza. Read more
Service was pretty bad.. Pizza was delivered cold only moments after the side salad that took forever. The mini menu is still in... effect even though covid is over. No draft beer either. I?ll go to Babcock next time Read more
