We have been frequenting this location for years. We come mostly for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, but... sometimes just because. My entire family, even the littles, love the food hear and the hibatchi experience. We typically ordersesame chicken and/or steak. The fried rice is good, but it’s a several dollar up charge. I’d rather just eat the veggiesand meat anyways. The kids meal comes with a drink and dessert and is a good size portion for a child. We always add veggies tothe kids meal for an extra dollar. The staff is friendly and the wait times are minimal. The sushi is also good and made inhouse at the counter at the front of the restaurant. We don’t always order sushi, but when we do we enjoy it! This place is all about sushi rolls and hibachi grill. The rolls were covered in sauce and had a modern feel with many strong... flavors. The appetizers such as the seared New York strip steak and sashimi were good. The only thing that had a cause forconcern was price. A lunch for 2 people cost over $100 without drinks. The food and service was not great. The manager had said that it was open seating which was fine so I sat near the front of the... restaurant. I waited about 20 minutes before I walked up to the sushi bar to order The Blue Crab roll and Tropical Rainbow. Thewaitress came shortly after to apologize for not seeing me, at the time there were only two other people in the restaurant andthey were sitting at the bar. I had already gotten up to get a drink from her at the bar and I told her I had already ordered.The manager came to bring my food to which I was confused to see 3 rolls. I thought maybe they were being nice for the lack ofservice. I only ended up eating 2 of them, they tasted ok, but the fish on both rolls were warm. When the lady at the barbrought me the check they charged me for 3, I told her I only wanted one of each, and she removed it from the check. I guessmoral of the story is, if you want good service here don't sit near the door or on the patio. Read more

Ten of us arrived to celebrate a bday, Saturday at noon. They said they could make food, but it would be from the kitchen, not... cooked in front of us. They were going to put us in the bar at separate tables. Two more arrived, we said it's now 12. Threeemployees just walked away. Did not want to serve us.
