The staff here is very irresponsible, make sure you check if your stuff is complete before you leave the window. They will... charge you first and then deduct what you ordered, only to find out after you leave the window that they secretly took somethingaway from your order?.sometimes your bank card will also be taken by them unless you ask for your bank card...however they willjust say they forgot and they don?t even feel sorry about the inconvenience. This is one of the very few Wendy's franchises that has never disappointed me no matter what time of the day I go there. There... are 3 locations in all of the areas around Pittsburgh that I can say that about. The food has always been freshly made (unlike amajority of Wendy's anymore). I always stop at this particular Wendy?s after a social group in Leetsdale, and it?s a good location from the excellent service... to the drive-thru lane setup. UPDATE: Due to the host of said social group retiring, I don?t come here as frequently, but Istill come by every now and then, without any kind of changes. Read more

The food was nice and hot. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant itself was clean. One of the drink machines were down. And... the woman?s bathroom was very disappointing since it was very dirty. Also they only have one 4$ for4$ now the cheeseburger. Allthe others are now a 5$ meal. Read more
