Quick service, lovely location with many crafts to view while waiting
Travelling through this area and thrilled to find out there?s a Starbucks. Disappointed. The cashier was not friendly at all.... She had this blank and uninterested stare on her face, like she?s giving up on her job. We did not feel welcomed. I needed toload money in my Starbucks app before make the order, pretty standard procedure, have done it many times without issues. EveryStarbucks I have been to, they all knew what to do. But this time, she asked me where I wanted to load the money into. I was soconfused? I already had the app opened, ready to be scanned. And instead of loading my app first then taking the order and scanthe app again for stars. She just straight charged the entire transaction to my credit card? so yes, my app got reloaded but Ididn?t get any stars for the order. The coffees were Among all the Starbucks I have been to at various locations in Canada andinternationally, this Starbucks is by-far the worst. Not likely I will return here, so, whatever. Got kicked out after an employee lied to one of their co-workers and as I'm getting told to leave the person who lied is looking... right at me and smirking didn't bother to say I didn't actually do what she said I was doing know I wouldn't be believedanyways. Read more
This Starbucks which is located inside a pharmacy store is quite nice. Service is fast and customer service is excellent living... up to Starbucks high standards! Drinks were prepared quite good at this location! Read more
Worst Starbucks by far. Been coming to this location on and off for two years. Service is lacking. Staff are unhappy and not... very pleasant. Almost always impossible to just get a good regular coffee. Always say they don't have any made or just ran out.Last time I got a coffee it was cold and I ended up throwing it out. I phoned and complained to head office. This location isnot being ran to the Starbucks standard we all expect and like. Read more
Worse service I ever received.. and FIRST PLACE to ever deny me service. Which violates discrimination under health disability,... all because I am exempt from wearing a mask. Which also violates medical history. They truly show their ignorance to theirconstitutional rights. They're lucky I didn't bring my phone in and record the cashier DENYING me service in a public area. OrI would sue. This was unacceptable, they really need to start learning the actual law, because clearly they're unaware thatMANDATES CANNOT SUPERSEDE THE LAW I will not be bringing them anymore business. Read more
