I usually get great service here, but today was different. The girl taking order didn?t ask what kind of dressing I wanted ?... when I said I wanted sour cream and ranch dressing she stated sour cream came with it. This is easily the worst restaurant in weyburn. The food is properly disgusting; how they have a rating over 1 star I cannot... fathom. I got the cheesy beef burrito, my brother got the super beef burrito. We watched on in horror as they piledthe(terrible) beef, lettuce, cheese and tomato onto a wrap and then tossed the whole assembly into the microwave, lettuce andall. How? How is that an acceptable practice? How is it so hard to just keep the beef hot? Not that it matters really, becausethe ground beef was more like beef goo, with no seasoning other than salt. The "enchilada" sauce was not enough to give anyflavour either. The worst part is it's not even cheap, like six and a half dollars for a burrito I threw out after almostthrowing up. Let's not even go into how incredibly awkward it is inside the building, there's no music, in fact there's no noiseat all. Awful service, I was served the wrong thing, then when I asked about it the girl insisted I ordered what she'd given me and... insisted that I'd asked for that.... eventually she went to talk to her coworker, clearly very annoyed and the two of them cameback and tried to explain that I got what I ordered... I did not... they made it seem like it was all my fault and that I wasthe problem. They agreed to give me what I asked for for an additional cost... in the end the food is edible but nothing more. Very disappointed. Save your money, eat somewhere else. Big regret. Also don't wear masks... you'd expect that to be arequirement in the food service industry with COVID and all. Read more
The worst customer service ever! Went in July through the drive through waited 15 minutes while they disciplined their child.... Tonight went in for 2 burritos got one after 10 minutes. Didn't check til I got home. Rather not have one than have this kind ofservice! Read more
The food was good but very slow getting our food. Which was surprising considering we were the only people in the place
