I don?t know how many times these guys can mess up orders. Asked for a farmers sausage wrap without chipotle sauce, and a maple... dip donut. The wrap had sauce on it, even after reiterating to staff that it wasn?t supposed to have sauce on it, and the mapledip donut I ordered wasn?t even a maple dip donut. Two simple requests and they couldn?t seem to swing that. CHECK YOUR ORDERBEFORE LEAVING. Probably a 80% chance your order is wrong. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Read more

Went there at 5:15. Inside was locked but people were sitting inside and drive thru was not an option, as I was in truck.... Disappointing for truck drivers driving through and wanting to grab a coffee or something to eat. If this was a one time thing,make signs or UPDATE YOUR HOURS! Clearly shows your open till 10 pm! Thee worst tim hortons i've ever been too.All you do is stand and wait,usually only 1 till open.Need to update your website to... reflect that it's only a 24 hr drive thru.The order total display at the drive thru window has been broken for years.Phoned tosee if they make expresso shots..just get an answering machine.Waste expensive gas to drive out...stand in line ???? one tillopen.To be told....sorry..our expresso machine is broken.Done....never stepping foot in that place again.Someone bought thisplace????...they have a LOT of work ahead of them Read more

Amiable people work in TH. But orders almost never right. Ordered BLT sandwich and got chicken wrap; instead of chilli got soup;... and my favourite latte never available. Read more

day management here is a a few cards short of a deck. went here at 1230pm and they were closing the walk in business because... apparently they are short staffed....of fine...I get everyone in the world is having issues... but your basically giving all thetruck drivers and farmers who like to sit and chat a big FU!!! why not close one drive thru lane...I'm sure we can all wait oneextra minute for service.... but to deny us service all together because I can't drive thru is truly stupid and short sighted. I wish there was a way to let franchisee know their store is being run by rookie non thinkers. I mean...in the time she waswalking around putting up signs she could have helped 3 customer. where's the priority!!! Read more

Often messing up orders in the drive-thru. I think this could be improved by actually using the screen the display the orders... when making them so if there are errors they can be corrected. Read more

This is one majorly under staffed franchise . It likely will never see us again since it took 25 minutes to get through the... drive thru. They ended up serving one vanload of people for those 25 minutes. Just ugly . If this is how they treat ordersthis place will likely be broke within the year. Read more
