We ordered our foods online to pick from their drive through. There were only 2 cars ahead of us but we had to wait more than... 25m (45m plus from order time) to get our order. When I ask the person why did it take that long? The person reluctantly replied"I don't know" I mean seriously!!! Moreover the burgers were cold and the fries were extremely cold and dry. One of the worstcustomer services and terrible food outlets of burger King. Clearly you guys don't even bother the customers. My daughter usedto like the burger but after this horrendous experience I will never ever come back to your brunch. So so disappointing. BurgerKing should do better and take necessary action for this outlet. Read more

I've come to this burger king numerous times because its only 3 mins from my house.... everytime the experience just gets worse... and worse... I placed an online order for pickup knowing the drive thru has a long wait for even 1 car sometimes, I order the22$ family bundle (2 whoppers, 2 OCS and 2 8 piece nugget), one of the whoppers was supposed to have bacon and cheese (costextra obviously) and other with lettuce cheese and ketchup.... I sent my boyfriend to pick up the food and it took about 40MINUTES of drive thru time just to get the food with just 1 car in front of them... when they got back I had been starving atthis point, I opened my burger and it only had ketchup and lettuce confused because the paper said bbq and bacon with cheese andno lettuce.... i looked at my boyfriend and asked if he had my sandwhich which he didnt he had the lettuce ketchup and cheese, Iwas disappointed cause I had paid extra and was starving at this point and did not get what I order. I called and the woman Ispoke to seemed sweet and had offered to remake my order, concered it would take another 40 mins, I had explained that I didn'twant to wait another 40 minutes and she had reassured me that my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I sent my boyfriend back topick up the food and 40 mins later still sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food after being promised it wouldn't takethat long.... this burger king is probably the worst I have been too, such a shame used to be so much better. Although the foodsreally hot this time and they gave me extra food!!! Thank you but never waiting this long again. Read more

Arrived at 7:06om with two cars ahead of me received goods at 7:26 short one sandwich because they didn?t bother to check to see... if order was complete and after informed then it was short one sandwich they asked me to return the bags so they could check theorder (which they should do prior to handing customer goods)! After seeing that I truly was short one sandwich I waited another11 min Fast food? I think not! Read more

Probably the most consistently, slow, drive thru. Rarely if ever does it take less than 20-30 minutes. That being said, this BK... tends to make decent food. It is generally hotter and fresher than others I have been to. But, It is not ?fast? food! Read more

On August 29th I went to the drive thru and after a 20 minute wait, ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches with Cheese, which... were supposed to be on a 2 for $7 promo, and a diet coke. After paying, I looked at my receipt and found that I was chargedover $12 just for the sandwiches, without factoring the upsale for cheese, which cost an additional $1.58. When I mentionedthis to the cashier, she asked, "do you want the refund," and of course I said yes. A minute later the manager on duty came tothe window and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation and he informed me that he was unable to give me a refund becauseI had already paid for the meal. I asked "what do you mean you can't give me the refund?" And explained "that's how refundswork. You pay money for something and if you realize you were overcharged the company reimburses you for theirmistake." However, rather than giving me a refund, he refused to do anything to compensate me, and in the meantime never evengave me my drink, so I basically ended up paying over $18 for $9 worth of food. Not only is this a terrible business model, butillegal in the state of Massachusetts. Needless to say I will not be returning to BK anytime soon. Read more

The woman that works mornings is great. I think she?s the only one who is working at times. She does it all with a smile. Thank... you for be pleasant. And Burger King breakfast is the best. The coffee is pretty good to in my opinion. Read more
