Worst ever! I went in for only 2 donuts and the girl gave horrible attitude and still gave a wrong donuts when the order only... consisted on 2 donuts. For 3 I've gone in there and the same girl has the worst attitude, doesn't listen and makes itunpleasant. They will act like you're the problem it's absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time.. Definately worse food and service. Told me my order will be right up. It was only Tea. And they did not make it right. One... sugar taste more like a 2 tablespoons was too sweet. There use to be a Duncan Donut closer but unfortunitly close that one downalways got my order right. Read more
The guy today was very rude he gave us the wrong coffee so I went inside and ask if he could please change it and he was very... rude and disrespectful, I asked to please give me a refund and to please give me his manager?s info and he refused and walkedaway, if he is so miserable working there he should just quit!!!! This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts. Today was the last straw. I ordered an iced tea with lemon. I got light yellow water... with lemon. Basically I paid for iced water with lemon. You are better off going to the one across from Sacred Heart. Read more
never once has an employee made my coffee right. morning staff including manager are unprofessional, and this is coming from a... fellow dunkin donuts employee from a different franchise. i?m a regular at this location and i cant tell if my coffees are madewrong intentionally every day or if these long term employees still don?t understand how to properly do their job. would rate 0stars if i could.
