Horrible service! They first got my order wrong giving me the wrong stuff. Then My kids needed socks to play in the jungle gym... and the employee told me to wait on the side for them, then the manager tells me 15 mins later I need to wait in line which wasall the way to the back of the store. So I wait in line and they send me to the side again and the manager then says ?didn?t Itell you they were over at the register? Ans I said your employees keep putting me over here. Worst mcd's on south shore. Certainly not fast food anymore. I ordered inside store with only two people in front of me. It took... 21 minutes to get my food. Unacceptable will never go to this one again. Read more
Probably the slowest fast food establishment I have ever Ben too. Other then waiting 15 mins plus on multiple occasions? drive... thru or dine in. The food always seems to get to me the way I ordered it. Read more
This McDonalds in Weymouth near intersection of 18 and 53 had terrible service. Stopped in for a "quick" bite around 2pm on a... Sunday. Drive through was wrapped around building to the entrance, so went inside. BIG mistake. Ordered at the kiosk as Ithought that would be faster. NOPE. Didn't allow me to swipe a card so had to go to counter. No receipt of what was ordered wasgenerated. Waited a good 15+ mins for food to come out. I think they focused on drive through orders as I could see that linemoving. Not going to this one again! Read more
Given that this is a McDonald?s, expectations are already pretty minimal. However, even with those low expectations, this place... still manages to disappoint. We have never had fries that taste good, service is wildly slow, and the language barrier oftencauses issues. The workers are always nice, but I wouldn?t recommend this restaurant. Read more
Whole drive-thru experience was impacted by lack of English speaking skills. From the order, to the cashier, to the food order.... Had to show my receipt to clarify what I wanted on my order. Still didn't get my drink and had to go back to get it. Read more

I ordered a #7 with no ketchup and a double cheeseburger with no ketchup. We have a tomato allergy at home, luckily i take the... first bite before my daughter does. I head back to mcdonalds to get thus situated and she gives me 3 cheeseburgers instead oftwo with a Double cheeseburger. Lol pathetic service. Will never eat here again Read more
