My favorite Dunkin? spot by far. There is a young man who usually takes the orders, he?s got the best customer service skills.... Super nice guy, sorry I didn?t catch his name. Also my orders are full filled quickly and accurately, testament to the rest ofthe team being great too! The owners are the most cheapest most cheating people on the face of the earth. After 8 times of going there. There is a common... theme. Bad customer service. Worst employees. Watering down everything, never filling your coffee close to the brim. Somehowthey manage to make your drinks disgusting and undrinkable with no care. The powder ones cant be hard to mess up but they rig itto be less flavor more water somehow. I called Dunkin Donuts they dont do a thorough check about anything. Yummy breakfast sandwiches and sweet donuts . Friendly and quiet place to enjoy your food on the spot. Clean and no so crowded.
