Horrible. Been there 3 times and each time they messed my order up completely. Will be going back this morning to show them the... complete wrong and mess of a bagel they made. I had put special instructions to add no sugar to my coffee, toast my bagel and put cream cheese on side. They completely... disregard all that information for both items I ordered. On top of that, the cream cheese was barely enough, it was like eatingbagel without anything on it. Read more
Don't expect to order online and walk in and have your order sitting there ready for you like they do at Panera. They will put... it together when you show up and after you explain that you ordered online the day before. And they will look surprised that youdid that. And they won't pack the cream cheese you ordered in the bag--they will tell you to grab it on your way out. And theywill put your everything bagels in the same bag as your other flavor bagels, so they will all taste the same. Read more
0 stars is more accurate. When food arrived I quickly noticed/ tasted the cream cheese was spoiled. It was very bitter. Had to... throw it out. The hash browns I ordered had a hair on it. Had to throw it out. I also ordered a muffin but I'm not even going tobother unwrapping it now. Scared what I'll find. So basically 90% of my order ended up directly in the trash. Should be ashamedand disgraced to call yourself a bagel place in NJ. Disgusting. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. Read more
Horrible customer service. Ordered a simple sandwich with turkey bacon that was already paid for. Waited 15 minutes. Saw 3-4... people who ordered after me get their food already. When I asked about my order they had no clue. I will never go to thislocation ever again. Was so displeased with the service I walked out without my food. It's bagel and you can never go wrong with any :) I liked the calorie specified next to the bagel so I can be watchful on what I... pick. In the end it's a bagel, and I did enjoy the bagel sandwich with veggies for my lunch. They always have seasonal specialstoo. Yum! Read more
So I?m torn about this review. I enjoy Manhattan bagel. However, the franchise in Wharton just can?t get it right. I?ve taken... many chances and can?t do it anymore. The chances of me getting the right items for an individual order is a hit or miss. Theodds of someone getting exactly what they ordered when ordering for 3 or more people is extremely low. In fact, I?ve nevergotten a correct order when ordering for 3 or more people. Today was no exception. On a brighter note, the coffee is alwaysgood. If I get the correct order, my food is usually good too. Today I had to go back for an order of 5 breakfast sandwiches 3times totaling about 50 minutes total. Unbelievable!! I think the person said sorry the first time. Then appeared to be botheredthe 3rd time I went back because something else wasn?t right. The nerve! Read more
