I was in there about two weeks ago on a Saturday. There was a young girl with dark hair that took my order. She was extremely... rude. She was too busy goofing around, talking to her friends in the middle of my order while I?m standing there. At one point,she totally forget she was taking my order while dealing with her attitude on top of it. She left the order all on top of thecounter watching my daughter struggling to reach it all. It usually brought the register while I?m shopping in the back sectionof the store. This is the second time dealing with her horrible customer service. First time was when she was working deli, andI understand everyone has an off day, but at this point it is a major deterrent from purchasing from this establishment. Hands down one of the best butcher shop in the state! I never once had a bad experience and always has the best quality when it... comes to the meats. Especially the skirt steaks and New York Strip. The people there are also super helpful and willing toanswer any questions you may have. I was even surprised they sold frozen fries and homemade dinners! I highly recommend buyingfrom here and you?ll be pleased with every thing they got! Be warned, they get extremely busy and expect long waiting times.Otherwise it is worth the wait! Read more
Great establishment for food with ok prices but the only thing I'm not happy with. These people have no integrity whatsoever or... honesty. My son tried to apply for a job. They gave him the runaround and told them they lost his application. Come on peopleget it together. If you don't want to hire him, tell him the truth. I understand why businesses have to be so dishonest. There'sno integrity or honesty in business, especially if you want to make money. Read more

We just moved to the area and was recommended by our neighbor to try them. I'm delighted that we did. It's an amazing Market.... ALL of the meat looked so fresh. The owner/ butcher walked us through the shop and explained where things were, where he getsthe meat. What they make in house. Was very impressed. You don't see that type of service anymore. We've found the meats here to be superior quality. The prices reflect that and it's worth every penny. We ordered the turkey,... stuffing and smashed potatoes for our Thanksgiving dinner and as we've come to expect from SMP, it was outstanding. The pickupwas easy, the cooking instructions were spot on and so simple. We throughly enjoyed it and hopefully they will do somethingsimilar for Christmas. Very satisfied customer!! Read more
