The quality of this Taco Bell is out of this world. I will forever dream about their chicken quesadillas which are put together... with the most loving, tender care. I must say the owner of this location does not care for customers ordered over $50 and of course because it happend more than... once they missed items now mind you guys I live 20mns from location so called up and told them I want refund so I hang up and goback they were not happy that I want my money back they called owner and of course franchise owner with the money they make saysno way iwas getting money back they didn't even allow to return order for refund so after 25mns and like atleast 20 soggy tacosand chicken fajitas they only gave me what they missed and the refund for the number 9 meal but by the time I got home food wasdisgusting because everyone know a taco that is eating almost a hour after made is not good so wasted money and worst of allhave to throw most of food away...never again and trust me I network alot so will be calling corporate office and haveconversation and discussion about this location and the audacity of one of the managers telling me I should have checked myorder . I usually do but checking through 40 items is not easy but lesson learned neveeeeeeer go there again.. Read more
I waited 15 minutes and there was no one to take my order, I finally had to use the kiosk only to find out that I could not... modify my combo from crunchy tacos to soft. I had to order everything separate which cost me more. There was not a clean tablein the entire place. The food was good, but they need to have someone work the counter. Read more
By far one of the best taco Bell's I've gone to. The only problem I have is how long it takes but the quality of the food is... worth the wait. The food usually comes out perfect or exceeds my expectations. Read more

I don't understand what's going on with this taco bell, but the customer service has gone downhill when they used to be great. I... understand that they're understaffed and overworked/burnt out, etc. but they can't keep the dining room open AND refuse to takecare of customers AND tell them to just use the kiosk AND also not keep the dining room clean, they can't have it both ways. Noteveryone wants to use the kiosk, customers shouldn't practically have to be forced to use it. If they're going to keep thedining room open at all, there NEEDS to be someone at the counter, you can't just neglect cleanliness and be rude to customersfor using the dining room that you chose to keep open to the public, it's not right.
