What wing spot runs out of wings at 12 on a Thursday, then takes more than an hour to stay something? This one. Put an order in... via a delivery app and it took them 100 minutes just to cancel the order because they "ran out" of one of the items. Edit torespond to Wingstop's comment: Obviously, if 4 other drivers showed up like you say, the person you gave the food to was not thedriver or did not deliver the food. You could have notified me. You could have responded to this review and stated in aprofessional manner that the food was given a driver, and that it seems the issue was due to an issue with GrubHub. Instead, youtried to absolve yourself of any responsibility with a passive-aggressive response as if you clearly couldn't tell something waswrong. You clearly knew enough figure out what order this post was referring to, and even remembered that multiple driversappeared, but did nothing to inform me or rectify the situation with GrubHub. Fantastic experience. The owner saw us pull up and take the stroller out of the car and opened the door for us. He then helped... my mom navigate the soda machine, brought our food to the table, grabbed us napkins and even insisted he cleaned up the traysafter. Food was hot and delicious. Placed an order online for pickup and was very disappointed, not only with the food but the employees as well. Stood at the... counter for at least 5-10 minutes before the customer that came in after me was helped. The girl behind the counter then touchedmultiple orders of food after handling money and rubbing her nose. When I was finally assisted she was rude and annoyed to helpme as a customer. Now that I look at their previous reviews this is not the first negative review she has received and i?m surethis is not the last. I received a ?fresh? roll with hair on it, over cooked/dry corn, and the wrong side of sauce. This was myfirst and last order here. Read more

Placed an order through the app, waited longer than I should have to receive. When I got to the store I asked the girl behind... the counter if I could have a cup for water and very rudely she said ?no? like really?!! It?s 90 degrees outside and you won?teven give me a cup for water. It?s not like I was someone off the street asking for a free soda. I paid for food! Not once haveI ever been refused a water cup. Funny thing too is the last time I was at this location which was maybe only a few weeks ago. Iasked for a water cup and it was given to me no problem. Then when I finally get my order she forgot to give me my fries so Ihad to wait even longer for them to fix it. Earlier this month my friends and I went to this location and we all waited an hour for our food, plus waited an extra two hours... for our one friend?s food after they lost her receipt after giving her order to a DOORDASH as we sat in the restaurant forhours. It took them forever to notice that we haven?t gotten our food or gotten up, and not only that but obviously all of ourfood was cold and of course some of our items were wrong / not received because we no longer wanted to wait.
