I gave them 3 chances and they failed every time. The management of the Wharton Burger King is by far the worst I have... experienced. Read more

I pull in and order a mustard whopper with bacon, lettuce and pickles and a large onion ring, it was 13 bucks and some change. ... I got the bag and noticed french fries were in the bag. I kindly told the lady that they were supposed to be onion rings. Shesaid hold on a minute and look some stuff up on the computer and then told me that the onion rings needed to be cooked. As Iwaited she opens the window and hands me a bag. Open the bag and it's not a large engine ring as I ordered and paid for but itwas a small onion ring. I advised her of that and just said thank you and drove off. As I'm driving off I get my hamburger outof the bag and what's not on it... Bacon. Horrible. Horrible attention to detail The simplest detail Read more

To get to the drink machine you had to wade through soda on the floor. With a quick look in the kitchen there were 3 orders of... fries all over the floor. Upon taking our trays to the trash can there was soda leaking out of the trash can and sticky on thefloor. The whopper Jr was good as were the fries. Chicken nuggets were cold, not even warm. Can't say the same about the cones, ice cream started 1 1/2" from the bottom and didn't fill out to the exterior of the cone. Not like the cones in Richmond Texasand the cone was $1.29 versus $1.00 in Richmond. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Read more

Since the old general manager quit, Ian I think his name was. Sweet young man by the way. This Wharton Burger King has not been... the same since. The energy is off, the joy isn?t there, the food doesn?t have that special hint of love. And the lady Valeriewas extremely rude when handing out my food. Cussing and screaming at a poor young girl. Ian made Burger King. It felt likefamily when I walked in those doors when he was there. Won?t be going back anymore. I found out he?s now the GM of Pizza Hut inWharton. Pizza hut has now gained a new customer for the long run. Read more

Review update: I'm excited that this restaurant has improved! We dined-in, and the dining room is very nice. Our food was ready... quickly and the cashier was friendly. Old review: I've tried to go twice and the line wasn't moving at all so I left. I can'trate the food, but the wait time is disappointing. Read more

We decided to try dine in the other day. We had not been there since near the opening. No hello. No good bye. I could not detect... a smile. I believe I would describe the reaction as sullen. We were not asked if we were dining in, or if it was to go. The foodapparently sat in bag on the counter until someone realized it was those folks sitting waiting at that table. We were the onlyones in there. The food was not enjoyable. Perhaps we were already soured on the experience. I love Burger King. I hope this isnot a typical experience. If it is, I am a sure it will not be for long and it will be improved. You want better. We wantbetter. We want you to be great. Read more
