Your employees clearly cannot read a receipt I ordered the grilled cheese double cheeseburger with a large mozzarella sticks on... the app I got there got my order and open my bag when I got to work and I Saw two cheeseburgers where in my bag . I made a special request on a Country Fried Steak Sandwich, asking for the sandwich to be made plain and dry with a slice of... cheese. When I returned home, I opened the sandwich and it had mayo, lettuce, and tomato. No cheese. The meat could not havebeen 1/8" thick, yet the breading on the entire meat patty had to be 2/3" of an inch thick, and was cooked for far too long. Itried to cut it, as I could bite through it, and that is how I saw the meat thickness, along with breading thickness. I wasthoroughly disgusted ???? as during the preparation of my dinner there were three car-hops standing in the parking, cussing up astorm, smoking and NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. So the customer suffers while the high schoolers play. That will be the last time Iallow laziness and the inability to read my order, as I will never visit their store again. Read more

Our order is either wrong, soggy, or cold every time we go. Drinks and Happy Hour is the only thing we go for now. So... disappointing. Cold and greasy corndogs, stale mozzarella sticks... and when they say they're writing your name down for aremake, I figure they're scribbling on their hand. Four times now, and they always say "who did you talk to? Your name isn'there..." Ugh! ***Updated: Changed my 2-star to a 1-star. Hair in my burrito this morning got me a free remake.
