Went through the drive-thru to try to place an order they couldn't honor their $22 for person meal so they didn't have tea bags... for the drinks I said can we substitute it for something else for bottles of water he said no can't do it and then proceeded totell me they couldn't honor the meal at all it was very rude he said I told you we can't do that is it I said we can't do that Isaid excuse me you're being kind of snotty he's like man you're the one that was being snotty.. At the drive thru window the man gives me my drink and it's over flowing with soda. I had to ask him please take it back because... it was going to make a mess. It gives it back with a new lid and soda still all over it. I had to ask for napkins and cleanit. I get back to my hotel 15 minutes away and find that one of the large sides I had ordered was missing. 6.99 down thedrain. I won't go back there. Read more
The last 2-3 Thanksgivings here have been total mayhem & chaos!! I had an advanced pu order - placed weeks ahead of time - but... when we got there is wasn't ready, their walk-in line was down the block, they were already out of food (they had just opened),the staff was running around like chickens w/their heads cut off, we waited an hour, the food was cold & portions were small & atotal rip off!! *** DO NOT patronize this location!!! *** NEVER AGAIN. ???? Worst experience I have ever had at a drive through place. I would highly recommend saving your money and completely avoiding... this place! This place has gone COMPLETELY down hill. I have given them 3 chances recently and every single time they are outof almost everything. Not only were they almost out of everything, but I ended up ordering the rotisserie chicken in a familymeal and they didn?t even give me the chicken.
