so i normally don't write reviews but the service i received today (11/22/2022) at around 8:20am was horrendous. as we maybe... took or 2 minutes deciding what we wanted, we had the lady come over the speakers and tell us to hurry up as her "timer wasrunning up" several times. there were no other customers in the drive thru and none behind us. we just kinda decided on a thingquickly because she was being rude and huffy. when we got up to the window, we paid and she didn't give me back my card until wegot our food, which is unusual for me. we ordered 6 items, four of which were cold and two were maybe lukewarm at best. as apartof our order, we ordered two bacon doubles but there was maybe one strip of bacon per sandwich. now this burger king has alwaysbeen meh so we never have high standards because it is also the only one close to us but this time it was actually horrible. wepaid around $20 for a meal i wouldn't have even paid $2 for because we had to go home and reheat EVERYTHING. i hope the owner,manager, corporate, whatever sees this and fixes the problem because this is actually horrible. i would also like to mention weonly live like a two minute drive away from this burger king so it is impossible, had everything been made fresh, that it wouldhave gotten completely cold in the time it took us to get home. We just spent 24.00 on the worst food we've ever had at a Burger King. It took them 15 minutes to prepare an then it was... disgusting. I had French toast sticks and a Bacon Egg and cheese croissant ant it didn't taste right. It was like the eggs werespoiled. The French Toast tasted like they were fried in the same Greece as the fish. So gross. Then my husband ordered thesausage egg and cheese croissant and he got a piece of sausage between two croissant bread pieces. Thats it no cheese no egg nosauce....nothing. Really pathetic and uncaring. The just served the drive through while we waited. Clean bathroomsthough.... Stay clear of this location is my advice. The Einstein Bagels about the same price but fresh and delicious. Read more

"BEEF" It's Not What's For Dinner! Asked if there were any "HAMBURGER" deals on the menu and I was told that they had a 2 for 1... deal with the Impossible Burger so I ordered that. Sat down and ate a couple bites and noticed it tasted funny to me. Took itback to the counter and told them that it tasted funny and wanted my money back or to have them replace the burgers withsomething else. I was then told that the "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER" was a plant-based burger, a vegan burger. They kindly replaced themwith a couple Whoopers with cheese at no extra charge. I was under the impression that the Impossible burger would be impossibleto eat because of size not because it was plant based. Impossible Burger lived up to that..."IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT!" YUCK! Don'tmess with a man's meal by changing out the meat burger with a plant-based vegan burger! I'm a human not a cow! Read more

My family, all adults, and I frequent this restaurant 4-5 times a week after work. It's one block from where we live. My family... usually have to take their order back because it's usually wrong. They don't eat condiments. This was my second time doing thesurvey, first time leaving a complaint. 1. The food was good. 2. Complained about male employee. 3. The rest of staff isnice. Went into the restaurant today to present my validation code and the manager didn't want to accept. She said people havebeen using the same code. Sounded fishy to me. I told her it's been over a month since I did a survey. She then asked me what Iput in the comments and when I did the survey. Wait... Hold??? Why is she asking me this? I told her I couldn't remember and Idid it yesterday. She took my order. Didn't give me a receipt, but gave my nephew, who ordered after me one. As I was walkingaway she stated she could see the surveys. Ok.... And??? I wanted to ask her... Why are you addressing me and not your rudeemployee? Didn't want to be rude. Not the first time in this burger king and quality of food was awful today! The has browns were hard and old. Must?ve been... sitting for long time. The egg falling out of croissant and croissant flaky and old. Terrible service too Read more

Never go here, I asked them to cook my order fresh because their food is always old and very gross, they said yes they'll make... it fresh and I opened my burger and it was hard and cold. I asked them if they could remake it because it was definitely pastits sit time and they said no and wouldn't refund my money. This is the worst location ever! I love burger King food but thislocation completely fails on all levels, I will never be coming to this location again. I highly recommend not going here, worstfood, worst service then any burger King I've been to. -10(negative 10) out of 10 stars. Worst place ever. So far every day something is wrong except for a handful I guess there's a new person there. Today's special event was they gave... me coffee full of coffee grounds and I wouldn't have known if my coffee didn't spill in the car... The past two times I've beenhere I didn't get a straw. I asked for a bacon croissant and I got a ham. When I got my Whopper meal they tried to short me afry and made me wait when I did an online order 4 or 5 people before they got mine. I went through the drive-thru, which was quick and accurate. Napkins were even included in my bag and I was asked at the window... if I wanted ketchup. The buns were fresh, the fries were hot and fresh, perfect. I really enjoyed my meal. I'd like to give 5stars instead of 4, but I would also appreciate a bit more politeness from the person taking my order. "Can I help you?" comesacross a bit rude, almost as if I am bothering someone. Even a 'Hi or Hello' added to this would be okay. Also, the size of theregular cheeseburgers is obviously getting smaller-- I would rather the prices be raised instead of the size being reduced. Imay be getting old, but what ever happened to the days of receiving a receipt? Read more
