I'm not from here, but stop at this chili's thinking it was a safe bet. My mistake. No one is around to sit you, the place... smell weird and floors are dirty. Food was ok as best. The Cajun pasta was dry. The Texas Fries were not cheesy. The fajita chicken and steak were under cooked it and the side salad... looked like someone dropped it on the floor, picked it up and put it back in the box???? Read more

Service was extremely slow. Took 10 minutes for anyone to show up for seating. When they did, it was a manager who said they'd... be right with us and didn't appear again until well after the bartender seated us. Cooler down so beer selection was minimal. The last few times we were here, it was super rough - orders were not right, service was just abysmal. Came in tonight and it... is a night and day difference. Major turnaround from there last few months. Food was fast, and melt-your-face-off fresh. Staffwere helpful and attentive. Attitude at all stations was majorly improved. Like, major major improvement. Manager Steven cameto check on us multiple times, and server Lizzy was on top of everything. Glad we have this chili's another chance. Had late lunch at Chili's today. (11am-4pm) It has been awhile and was pleasantly surprised to find some new lunch menu items... that were priced right. I had the $8 combo lunch deal. The deal lets you choose soup or salad and a lunch item. I had two nicesized shrimp tacos with chips and salsa and a salad. Plus, happy hour starts at 3pm so got a deal on margarita. Food wasawesome! The restaurant was clean and nice, we had to wait a couple minutes for a socially distanced table to be cleaned. No big deal! We... got the $25 meal for 2. Veggie fajitas, margarita chicken, chips and salsa, a margarita, and iced tea. They forgot our dessert,though. Food was good, service was fast. I would go back! Read more
