I walked in approx 7 pm. The first two people at the front seemed bored & disconnected. However the person at the register was... pleasant. The store was clean & well lit. Read more

The servers in this Chipotle are the rudest I have ever experienced. They scowled at us and acted as though they were doing us a... favor. Also, when I headed for the restroom, one of the workers cut me off and rushed into the restroom ahead of me withoutsaying a word. Just made sure she got there before me and literally cut me off. Never returning. Read more

Great employees, I've been going here for over a year now! The place gets crowded at lunch and they handle it like champs. They... almost never mess up my order, too. They messed it up yesterday, to the point where it was nothing like what I ordered. I canonly assume they tossed my order slip and freestyled it? But it was rush hour and whoever freestyled it did so very well, ittasted great. Regardless, errors are rare enough that it isn't much of a concern. This was the odd situation out, and I wantedto compliment that employee's taste. Read more

Horrible experience. Waited 45 min for a take out order and they massively screwed up our order to boot. Clearly no QA going on... at this location bc it was awful. I intend to complain to corporate and get our $40 back. Read more

Ordered online and had to wait over an hour past the time the food was supposed to be ready. The place was pure chaos with Door... Dashers walking out telling customers to leave. When we finally got our food and came home, it was literally chicken, rice andtortillas with nothing else we ordered. No kids juice, fruit, no guacamole, etc. It?s an embarrassment of a franchise locationand if it was worth it to do so, we absolutely deserve our money back. Read more

I was starving after doing tiring errands and shopping all day with no lunch. It was after 9 pm and I was worried I wouldn?t... find a place open to eat. When I drive up I was alarmed as all of the tables inside were already upside down in the tables andthe floor was being mopped. I tried to call and see if they were open but the automated call system just kept asking me dumbquestions. Finally I just parked and opened their door ti ask if I could still get dinner! It turned out they were just gung hoon getting ready to close! I bet other customers have just not bothered to go in. Also please teach your employees theingredients so they can answer questions. And teach them what is gluten-free. My bowl was great. I am eating it while writing myreview. Out on the patio on a warm summer night Read more

A few big issues with this location - 1. They often switch to digital only but they lack any way of communicating that besides a... sign on the door, so it can be frustrating when you arrive hoping to order and/or eat at the location; 2. Frequently mess uponline orders, including missing complete items or putting the wrong ingredients in items; 3. Not friendly - staff has been rudeto me on a couple occasions. Advice - go to the chipotle on 64th and Ward. Much better location. Read more

Okay, so to start.. I'm a huge fan of Chipotle and literally used to eat it at least once a week. I recently started working in... the plaza where this one is located and I have to say, it truly upset my stomach. Mind you, any Chipotle I've ever had, hasnever upset my stomach like this one has. I went the entire month of June without eating there except a couple of days ago Idecided to give them a second try as a benefit of doubt that maybe it was just me. Nope, same exact outcome. I also noticedthis last time around they didn't drain the beans when making my bowl because the entire bottom of my bowl was soupy. I triedmixing everything to maybe thicken it up but that didn't work either. I contacted their support to make a food quality complaintand they just added a BOGO reward to my Chipotle app as an apology. That's fine and all, but why should I spend more money to becompensated for terrible food quality at this location? Nonetheless, I won't be returning to this location and will takeadvantage of the BOGO where the food quality isn't below subpar. Read more
