Worst restaurant experience and most disgusting food Ive ever pickup in my life. When I got home to check, the half of the food... that was actually in there was undercooked and so disgusting that I took pictures. The only employee at the front ?Crystal? whowas on her cell phone the whole time and was so rude on the phone/ in person for absolutely no reason, and said even if I drovethe food back that I didn?t want to eat that ?no one has the authorization to give a refund? and ?no manager works at night? totalk to. There was no sides, the milk shakes were the worst ive eve had, the French toast had weird looking black specs all overone side and not even cooked once in the other, the bask browns were burnt, and as the picture shows the ?cinnamon pancake? hadnothing on top and a small amount of spilled icing in the container. Second location Ive tried, and me and my family will neverget Denny?s again. I could not have imaged a worst restaurant or break feast experience, and they didn?t even give me half myfood I paid over $40 for or get to talk to anyone. 0 out of 5 stars. Read more
Just had the worst customer experience of my life at Denny?s. If I could give this review a negative 5 star I Absolutely would.... Waitress named Lisa Was super rude not only to me the other multiple customers in the store. After arguing with me over beingable to pick up my meal that I already ordered and paid for on Google maps she then told me that she will not refund me and Iwas beat. After asking for the managers name which she refused to give me as well she continued to harass me until I left. Ileft a photo of her so you can run when you see her!!!! Showed up late in the evening with a large group of over excited kids and was treated with complete respect, honesty and... welcomed in. I was very surprised! The patience and friendliness of the staff was out of this world! Thank you so much. As forthe food, unfortunately it's not my typical cup of tea as it's been many a year since my last visit to a Dennys! Bland, emptytruck stop style calories that may just be the perfect food for others, just not myself. The food has not changed in 30years. Regardless, the staff here rocks! A plus top notch! First time ordering delivery from here and it was a disappointment. We got our food in a decent time but it came cold. The... portions we got were maybe half of what it should?ve or would?ve been if we were to have actually dined in. Even moredisappointing, but they messed up our meals. Read more
Been only two times and have had such great experience. The milkshake are amazing and the mango lemonade is my new favorite... drink. The appetizer tots were so good! I?m not really a breakfast type of girl but this is my fav breakfast place. I usuallyget the burger and it is always fantastic. Highly recommend Read more
