I have liked 5 guys for a long time but the recent price increases are just extortion. Yesterday I got a LITTLE bacon burger... LITTLE fry and a drink and it cost 19.98!!! Those three things should not cost almost 20 bucks! Not to mention the fact you haveto eat these things like a friggin burrito because they?re so messy. I like a good burger but theres better options. You?relosing a loyal customer guys. Read more
Wow worst Five Guys experience ever - bad attitude from Jason the cashier, overcooked burgers and limp undercooked French... fries. Goto a different location because this one is terrible. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Read more
Went in for a quick snack, ordered 2 large Cajun fried a chocolate shake and a large coke. Set me back 30+ dollars, and didn't... even get the extra fries usually scouped into the bag. Undesrabd the whole story behind 5 guys prices, and the current economyand all but that much without even a Burge is excessive. The food and service were as to be expected, very good. Read more
We arrived and placed our order. Two people ordered after us and got theirs. Then when asked what was going on, we were told... they had forgot/skipped it. It was just a cheeseburger and fried. Definitely not coming back here again. Only giving a 3 bc thefemale worked was apologetic and tried to make amends for the mistake. Almost 20$ order and they essentially forgot about us andour order until confronted. Absolute nonsense. Read more
Good burgers and fries! Clean store long wait
Always a good burger. The staff were super friendly and helped to make the experience a good one. Have to say the only down... side is the price. Fries are plentiful and fresh cut making them a great addition to the meal. The down side is almost $9 bucksfor a burger. Even in the current economic environment that's on the high end even for such a good burger. Worth a visit justkeep cost in mins as it's not the dollar menu. Read more

After many years of shunning this place because of the price, I decided to just give it a try. Went in, and the prices were even... higher... not by a little, but a LOT, wow! Stuck with my plan anyway and got a little bacon cheese and some fries. It was areally good burger, and the fries were good as well. But not 18-dollars-good. I really hope the employees are being paidaccordingly, because there's no way any supply chain issue or "premium ingredients" could justify that price. I might come backjust for some fries. Maybe.
