wow! tasty treats across the menu here. I can't wait for the brewery/restaurant to open (they are operating as a food truck... until the brewery is ready sometime around March). this place has unique flavors you just don't find everywhere. I've eatenhere a few times already so here are some tips on the menu: all 3 tortas are BOMB. the owner explained that Ahogada meansdrowned so this juicy carnitas sammy is covered with tomato based sauce. The chimichurri on the arrachera (steak) sandwich ishouse made. for the veggie folks out there, the jardin sammy is wildly good. I don't normally go in for that type of thing,but i've had this one twice. the tacos flavors are similar to the tortas except for the al pastor. this is the real deal, withthe meat shaved off of the one those roasting meat stick things. i've also had the pupusa. what really nailed it for me wasthe pickled cabbage. explosions of flavor.
