The woman who took my order seemed bothered in a near empty restaurant. She barked at me twice then never offered my reciept... before walking away. She then went straight from working the register to preparing food and operating cooking equipment with nogloves and without cleaning her hands. Mid food prep, she reached in her dirty back jeans pocket to grab her phone and checkmessages, then went right back to handling everything and preparing food orders. This location was disgusting. Haven't been here in a few months ( use to go every week) and don't think I'll be going back. There's a reason it was empty at... noon on a Saturday. Half the portion it use to be and way more expensive now. I got a small sharable, small mac and cheese anda regular salad and it was around 28 bucks ???? i could go to a sit down breakfast place with another person and include drinksfor that price. Good food and good service. The only downside is that the entire place smells like cigarettes every time I come here. Maybe it's... due to the Smoker Friendly next door, but either way, I sort of wish it didn't smell like cigarettes in the restaurant. That'sall! Thank you. Read more
**Update. Ordered last night and they forgot the protein along with receipt. Came back today to be pleasantly surprised by... Tiffany and Kathrine because I didn't think they were going to do much if they were even allowed to without a receipt, maybe adiscount at most. But nope, they apologized and comped a whole new free meal for me. Yet another great experience. They handledthe mistake perfectly. Management, you guys currently have a GREAT staff. Make sure they know they are appreciated with somepraise and a raise too????*** Tom, Tiffany, Madie, and Delonna we're super helpful because I have celiac disease allergy togluten and they went out of their way to explain everything and to know that there's not a guarantee of no cross-contaminationbut they told me how they would do it in a way that made me comfortable enough to make the purchase and if I get sick I'llchange this review but if not which I don't think I will then they deserve every bit of five stars will definitely be back againand again Read more
5 stars for fast casual. I?ve never had a bad experience at noodles and company. Really at any location. However, my most recent... order at this location, I really appreciated the attention to detail that the man working the register at 4:30pm had! Despiteordering pan noodles (which normally come with steak) he knew I had ordered my other entree and asked if the pan noodles shouldbe tofu as well.
