They are always slammed during lunch hour, but the staff is always very helpful and boy do they hussle! Such hard workers and... the place is always clean and organized. Food is really good and fresh for the most part. I suggest ordering ahead to avoid thelong lines. Read more

Food was ok. Nothing special. The portion for the fries was small considering the prices. No napkins were available and the... place was in serious need of tables to be wiped down and a floor sweep. Straws were in a container on the counter and notindividually wrapped in any way. Read more
Not ideal. We ordered online for pickup and when we got there, the whole place smelled like bathroom. Employees were wearing... headphones while interacting with customers. We ordered two burgers and three sides. Instead we got three burgers and two sidesdespite the correct items being listed on the receipt. In short, our visit was a mess. Not sure if the lunch rush had anything to do with it, but the whole process seemed very... disorganized. My order consisted of three things, each coming from the kitchen five minutes apart (after reminding thewaitress/food runner). One of the bathrooms was out of order. Update 8/4/21: I ordered a Colorado burger and received a burger with just about every jalapeno slice the store had on it and no... green chili. The ranch containers were maybe a quarter full and the sweet potato fries were soggy. Really disappointed. Was oneof my go-to spots but no longer will be. I was a bit hesitant about going to this location based on recent reviews about poorcustomer service. Luckily, I experienced good customer service today and the food was delicious and fresh.
