Catarina was so rude to our family. This is our neighborhood Starbucks and to come first thing in the morning and spend $25 on... breakfast and drinks to be treated poorly is very sad. All things were kind and peppy ordering with Randall, but getting to thewindow to pay and get our things Catarina was so annoyed at my simple requests and moving very hurried. I asked to make sure theblueberry oatmeal was on my order because it just showed as ?classic? and in reaching my phone out I said ?can I please use mystars? (on my app) to which she hurriedly peeped her scanner and (no apology) and very confrontationally said ?You would haveneeded to say that before paying.? It was so rude her ton and just surprising to be treated this way. I?ve used stars many timesand people always listen to you as you?re talking and hit their button to use stars. If she would have just said ?oh so sorry Iwas too quick and didn?t hear you? it would have been no biggie. But to be SO rude and make it my fault was wild. She should notbe in customer service and doesn?t care about your experience. Go to Ziggy?s coffee .2 up Youngfield- they have great customerinteractions! Read more

It took us 25 min to get our order. We decided to go in to order our coffee. We waited 5 min at the counter before we were... even noticed or talked to. I order 4 shots on ice and they gave me an Americano which cost more and not what I ordered. 8 carswent through the drive through, three mobile orders and 2 customers who ordered behind us got their orders before we did. Wegot an espresso drink, a latte and a cheese Danish. Not that much compared to what was completed and ordered after us. Theywere very rude. I completely understand they get busy and patience but we were definitely put on the back burner. Read more
