I just watched two employees be completely rude to an older gentleman who clearly was hard of hearing. I don?t care if you like... your job or not they didn?t need to be rude towards him. Completely disrespectful on their part!! Would give a zero star ontheir behavior. Read more

9/23/22: Still great. Still clean. 8/4/22: Great sandwiches which taste better in a *clean* place which this is! I must have... seen this lady make over 100 sandwiches in the last 70 minutes. This is a busy location and her help did not show. I heard hercall it in about 60 minutes ago. No relief yet. But she is still friendly, efficient and cheerful. The UPS drivers know her byname. The line has stretched out the door twice but I haven't seen anyone leave. Michelle is a *Great American*. A cleanSubway! And *two* *adult* personable employees! The food and service were great, but I'll go back just to make sure this wasn'ta mirage. Also, they have sweet ("green") iced tea (but both sweet and unsweet were so slow). The green flows *slowly*. I went in today at noon and I order me a sandwich. The two women were not very friendly at all. I ordered me Italian sub and I... wanted a few more veg on there. When I went to pay I had a coupon she said she dont Honored the coupon Because I added more vegto it. I told her then make me another one she said no she cant do that. So she took the sandwitch and took off the cucumbersand olives. I told her the Subway in youngfiled dont do that and she said well go their. I told her she was very rude andunprofessional. Came in to see if they have the garlic herb and cheese bread as most subways in our area currently do not, they did!! The woman... who was there was extremely pleasant to speak with and gave the best customer service I have seen in a very long time, wholestore was clean and very well detailed. Give that woman a raise!!! I will definitely be returning to this location everytimebecause of her service alone. Read more
The best thing about Subway is its consistency, no matter where I've gone throughout the country. The food is always... consistently good, and the prices are always posted. Some sandwich shops, especially specialty ones, can result in a surprise atthe cash register. Read more
