I have been a patron of this establishment for years, and in the last couple months, the quality and service have declined... drastically. It used to be 5-star, but now it is 3-star, at best. I brought my parents here who were visiting town from Florida,hoping that the restaurant would live up to the expectations of the more distant past. Unfortunately, we were met with less thanfriendly service and a sub-par experience. We waited over 30 minutes before we could even put in our food order, our drinks werehalf-filled, my mother’s salad came with no dressing at all (nor could she get any dressing whatsoever after 25 minutes ofrequesting the same), her soup was overly spiced and bland, and my boyfriend’s $12 caesar salad was delivered with ahalf-handful of sad lettuce and maybe 3 croutons. On top of all that, the $25–30 entrees came with very substandard portionsand minimal flavor. I hope that upper management has an opportunity to read this so that I can come here in the future,receiving the service and quality that was so impressive in the past. This is not the West 29th I grew to love so long ago. Ihope things change for the better. Read more

I had a interview set up at 1530 9/28/22. The interviewer (manger) didn't show up. Things happen but the audacity not to let me... know is bs. Lack of respect. I left my phone number. No call, no text. An apology would go a long way. The bartender wasextremely diligent, RESPECT. I'm only posting this on here cause it seems like this is the only way management responds. Read more
Oh man, this place was awesome. It was a very beautiful space with the perfect evening ambiance. Staff was very friendly and... attentive, but gave us space to allow our group to chat and catch up. This is great for a date, catching up with friends, orhaving a night our with yourself. Food was delightful and priced right for portion and deliciousness. Would love anotheroccasion to come back. I celebrated my birthday dinner here, I called two hours before to make a reservation, they were able to accommodate a party of... 8 in such a short notice. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Our waitress was outstanding, wish Iremembered her name. She has a knee brace and was quick with every order, thank you! Read more
Very cute spot inside and out. Indoors is cozy, the bar area is really welcoming and the outside back and side decks are really... lovely and covered! We enjoyed our food very much. The service was well done and attentive. Read more
Beautiful cozy dining room, welcoming staff, outstanding kitchen. Portions are generous. We enjoyed the Trout and the Pork Chop... for dinner. Read more
