I have loved culver's deluxe burger in Naperville. I was disappointed in the burgers at this new location. I asked for katsup... and mustard to be added to the regular toppings, but the burger came with only katsup and mustard. I ordered a 2nd burger andexplained to the order taker that the 1st burger was missing all of the normal toppings, but it came to me the same way. I hopethis location gets it's act together as it is much closer to me than the Naperville location. Read more

Went through the drive through on Friday night (10/7), the food was great. But lady who delivered the food to my car did not say... a word to me, handed me my food, I said ?thank you?. She saw I was wearing a Green Bay Packers sweatshirt and said ?packerssuck? and walked back inside. Read more
Did drive thru at 6:45 on a Sunday night. I was not helped at all for 3 minutes. Three cars passed me in the other line. Then... someone says, ?we will be right with you.? Then two more cars are helped in the other line. I left after seeing themismanagement of the drive thru line. I was just a victim of poor management either by the GM or the corporation itself. It kills me to give this Culver?s two starts because i was so excited when it opened. I have gone to this location at least once... a week since it opened and not once have they gotten my custard order correct. I get a concrete mixer with two topping and theyALWAYS forget one of the toppings. It?s just frustrating because i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because theywere new but it?s become routine now unfortunately. Read more
