So it?s this older married couple that work there. They couldn?t be more rude or unwelcoming. As bad as I want coffee, I will... literally sit in the McDonald?s drive thru across the street for 20 minutes rather than encounter these 2. I?ve been here three times. I don?t like to give negative reviews but this place warrants one. I?ve had the same girl serve me... each time. She was short staffed and asked for a couple of minutes for a bathroom break upon my arrival to order. I get it. Noproblem here. I happily waited. She?s in a tough spot. Not upset. She finished and came out of the bathroom quicker thanexpected. I heard a flush and immediately the door opened. She went over to the sink and I had a sigh of relief thinking she wasgoing to prepare my order with unwashed hands. Then she did the ?quickly rinse.? It was downhill from there. She was rude thefirst two times but I have come to understand that it?s her personality. However, this third time was over the line. She servedme a coffee that didn?t taste right. It was sour like the milk was bad or something. I almost didn?t go back to exchange itbecause I am not that type of person. But I?m not going to risk getting sick. I went in to switch the coffee. I waited in line.There were two people ahead. She shouted at me across the other customers asking why I was back. I told her the issue and sheargued with me. I asked for another coffee and she went to get the milk and held it up saying that she added the milk. There wasa miscommunication somehow, now sure why. Again, I just wanted a different coffee. She started to make it but said she did itright the first time. Whatever. I shouldn?t get grief for returning a coffee with expired milk. She was beyond rude andunprofessional about it. I ordered and paid for two donuts. Not until got home opened bag to find only one donut and no receipt. Called number, no... answer and voicemail is not set up! Within hour drove back to let them know what happened. Young woman who?d waited on me saidnothing when I explained what happened until I asked if there was anything she could do for me. Offered me any donut until Ichose one that was apparently 20 cents more. I said, you didn?t give me what I paid for and I had to drive all the way backhere yet you?re going to be so cheap to worry about 20 cents and lose a customer?? She gave no response. Lady made me write down my order since she was on the phone. Ordered a large regular iced coffee got a medium with pumpkin... flavor. Asked for half a pump of liquid sugar, she claimed it was impossible to squirt only half a pump. Shook the whole coffeeup and told me to put my own granuled sugar in. Bizarre experience. Read more
The staff is always friendly and polite. Iced coffee is delicious. I stop in almost every day. My favorite DO store.
Small seating area, but staff was friendly. No problems with our order and quickly served.
