My niece's wedding reception was recently held here and it was so enjoyable. The food was outstanding and the service providers... really seemed to care about making it nice for us. We did not come across any negative attitudes from the staff.I would highlyrecommend trying out this place. Those meatballs were some of the best I've ever tasted. From the tender chicken, to thecalamari, the arugula salad and even the spinach, they were all done superbly. I was sitting next to a guest who thought that myfamily actually had connections to the owners, because they were so hospitable. I will certainly come here in the future andshow them support, because it is well-deserved. Read more

Relaxing and unique environment with a cool rooftop when it is open. Extensive drink menu with many great options. Very good... service with good food. Meatball appetizer is delicious and the veal was pretty good. Be prepared to wait when it’s busy. Read more
I hesitate to write this because I would hate if il sogno got so popular that I couldn’t get in… but the owners and staff... deserve a 10 star review. One of my favorite restaurants in the world (and I travel for a living so that status may be harder toachieve than for some). The atmosphere is lovely, no harsh overhead lights that make you feel like you need an accounting visor.It’s family owned - by Rose, and the chef (Nunzia) was born in Napoli (Naples, obv) and cooks in that style. YOU MUST try theZuppa di pesce if you’re a fan of anything seafood related. The shrimp in this dish are like mini lobster - SO fresh. Pastais al dente always. Specials are 100% of the time amazing. The team at Sogno was absolutely incredible! Everything was super organized, efficient, and friendly. There was never any... pressure yet the servers were such great sales people. After working in the food and beverage industry, I appreciate so much ofwhat I saw. Cindy was our server and she was super knowledgeable of dishes, prices, ingredients, and how to be accommodating tomy vegan diet! Both the food and service were top notch. We visited on a busy Friday night and were well taken care of by Rose and Jess on the... rooftop. Our appetizers, pasta, entrées and desserts were delicious, well plated, and served at the appropriate temperature.The short rib entrée was A+, tender, flavorful, and substantial. The filet mignon special was cooked perfectly and each bitewas better than the last. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back again soon. Great for date night. Therooftop is special and feels like you’re somewhere besides the suburbs. Read more
