Came thru drive thru could not hear the employee he sounded far away. Not sure if he greeted me but anyways, When I ask for the... number 7 and his response was will that be all. No I would like a coffee with that, again he said will that be all. Noo, addcream and sugar. AGAIN, WILL THAT BE ALL? Is this how you train your employees? Got my food and it wasn't a meal. I did look inthe bag no hash browns. I told the lady employee I ordered a meal. Ok came back didn't apologize. I said, I didn't get mycoffee. But she was quick to leave the window. Please tell me why and how the crew is not trained with a simple smile in yourvoice or sorry let me take care of that. Not sure why it took 10 minutes to get 2 burritos and a sausage McMuffin with egg, ooh and they got the order wrong too..where... is the District Manager at checking on quality control?!?!?!? Update on food- muffin wasn't toasted but cold and raw, oneburrito was cold cheese not melted other was old and hard. I expect management to reach out as I will contact corporate dailyreminding them until they do. Read more
I waited in the drive through line for about 10 minutes for breakfast. By the time I got to the speaker to order no one was... there. I waited a couple of minutes and kept speaking. Of course by the time someone answered they had literally just switchedto the lunch only menu. Okay, so I ordered lunch instead- with fries. The lady at the window was very nice, and I know it wasn?ther fault, but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make the fries since they switched from hash browns to fries.When I finally got to drive home after 20 + minutes of waiting, my husband and I discovered that the fries were completelysaltless - not a drop of salt to be found. I understand times are hard, but if I?m spending 20$ on fast food, I?d like it totaste the way it?s supposed to. Not a big fan of the experience all around. Read more
This location was closed on Saturday. 5/21/22 at 10:48pm. That means it is not 24 hrs on Saturdays. I understand that staffing... is hard now so please change hours for a consistent time when you know you will have staff. Every time I drive by here, which isThurs-Sun, it is closed with only a few exceptions. That is unacceptable, update hours to reflect a consistent time. Read more

This McDonalds is one of the worst. We picked up some pies there today and they were really stale and gross. Then I noticed they... peeled off all the ?enjoy by? this date stickers so these were expired. If they are willing to peel off the stickers to sellexpired pies I wonder what other gross stuff they are willing to do. Read more
I mean it was noon when we came here so of course the lines were really long. Once we got to order the line seemed to move... quicker. The cashier who took our money was super nice and the young lady who gave us our food was also super nice so thank you.Everything was super hot and fresh, mucho appreciation! Read more
Usually is great, was missing multiple food items asked for plain cheeseburgers and they had everything on it.ask the cashier... for a pumpkin pie gave me apple. Fries were cold and stale not happy. Read more
