Tell me why I was in lane 2 for awhile (like 5 minutes) while everyone in lane 1 had their orders taken?! Everyone in front of... me (lane 2) had their order taken but when it was my turn they didn?t say anything! I waited and waited but nothing! I drove anextra 10mintues to get to this McDonald?s because I always come here but I left very frustrated. I was not able to back up andgo to the first lane because there were people behind me too! I was staying at Motel 6 Naperville, IL. I was starving and sleepless at 2 am, so I decided to walk to the MacDonalds, just... across the street, but what a disappointing surprise, the guy did not want to sell me anything because I did not come by car(the only option by that time was the drive thru). He said, it was for security reasons. What a ridiculous argument. I know Icould have ordered to pick up or a delivery, but this situation refrained me to buy there. I felt like kind of discriminated. Food here is on par with McDonalds, but they really don't care much about their dine-in customers. Every time I come here the... ketchup is empty. The dining room pop machine is also definitely watered down. Not sure if it's on purpose or due to lack ofmaintenance. Read more
I usually go here for a later dinner, around 8:30p-9p, after getting off work late. For the most part, the fries are usually... fresh and as delicious as you would expect! Overall, I'd recommend this McDonald's! Read more
Ate inside.. Waited 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and take my order. Waited another 7 minutes for my order after... I paid. Dining area completely dirty and trash cans overflowing. Floors sticky. Unauthorized items sitting around the kitchenarea. Should've ate somewhere else but only stayed because the food is cheap. Read more
They were alright then but certainly not a 5 Startgen. On repeat visit, met a new manager - awesome in Customer Service, and... guess what? He's a 5* Read more
