I don't live in this area so I couldn't just make a trip back. My sandwich was kind of sad, bland, and small. One of the halves... thankfully had some toppings, but less meat. Didn't taste very fresh, which was odd... Or the bread was undercooked. With howexpensive Panera is, it's hard not to be nitpicky. $17 for a "whole" sandwich (...more like half, i have small hands, so size itup for yourself. this one especially felt smaller than usual) and a small drink. Usually I can barely finish a whole sandwich. Abit disappointing. *Reply: I love being offered no compensation or outreach of any kind lol. Also, considering the consistentbad reviews, it seems the team hasnt made many changes. Read more

Met friends for an early lunch. Busy place and like most places short on staff but the friendliness of the staff made up for a... short wait. Once ordered, maybe 5-7 minute wait so NBD! I've always loved their tuna salad and ordered it No Bread and it hadthe onions, tomatoes and greens...so good! Friends ordered cobb salad no chicken and subbed avocado. Also delish. Coffee wasdecent!! Staff cleaned tables as they turned. Recommend this Panera! Read more

Nice spot for lunch, the gentleman who was talking my order (Bill) is the perfect definition of great customer service. Very... pleasant, patient and attentive. My order was long and difficult and he made sure it was all right and was very nice about it. Read more

I decided to get lunch through the drive up because I was stinky from coming from my shift at an animal shelter. When I drove up... to the menu board, there was another customer there placing a long order. At the time, there was only me and this other customerin line. I waited 15-20 minutes before I could place my order. By then, the line grew. I finally placed my order and drove tothe pickup window. Again, I waited another 10 minutes to get my food because the customer before me was waiting for her largeorder. By the time I arrived home, it was 45 minutes to get lunch. This isn?t a fast food restaurant. Different processes shouldbe considered for large orders to keep the line moving. I don?t know if I?ll be going back. Update: I used the Customer Carecoupon for dinner on 8/3/22 after my negative review. I ordered the chicken soup and chicken caesar salad. My husband bought thespicy chicken sandwich which cost $11.49. It was a poor excuse for a sandwich. We use to go to the Panera when it was onButterfield Road and I worked at this Panera years ago and the managers were very picky on how the food came out of the kitchen.They actually cared. I don't know if the pandemic caused quality control issues or the corporate office just doesn't careanymore. After last nights disappointing dinner, (we just acquired a puppy and making meals are a challenge) we will never go toany Panera's again. Read more

I absolutely love Panera, BUT this location is an absolute mess. I have been here about 10 times since they opened and not ONCE... have they actually gotten my order right. They also take forever to make the food, so if you order online and it says it?sready, wait at least 15 minutes more before even going in or you?ll be standing there forever. They don?t greet you and ask ifyou need any help and there is always multiple people in back just wandering around and talking. This location needs A LOT ofhelp!! Read more

Went twice to get my salad, specifically mentioned NO MEAT. Once they put bacon in it. When I asked them to replace they said... ok, staff was kind of polite but food I got again with bacon in it and avaco comes with skin in the salad. Read more

I ordered an avocado egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich. After picking up my order I got into my car and picked up my... sandwich and noticed how light it was? I opened it up and found that they gave me a whole egg, the tiniest portion of avocado,no salt/paper, and there was no spinach. I went back to the cashier and showed him the sandwich and he thought everything wasfine and kept asking me what was wrong with it, he took it to his manager in which she made it properly and handed it to me. Igenuinely never complain or leave reviews, but the service here was just terrible? The cashier didn?t know how to handle mysituation after explaining it to him, nor did he or the manager APOLOGIZE. I worked at Panera for 5 years, it gets busy in themorning, I get that, but to make a sandwich like that and think it?s ok is ridiculous. The line staff should go back to baguetteuniversity or retake the online courses. Literally, I wouldn?t have been so upset if someone just owned up and apologized - anextra cookie doesnt make things better. Read more

In-store service and experience was pleasant. But thata whwre it ended. We ordered pick-up. When we got home we found below... ordinary sandwiches and salad. We ordered a family meal deal which offered 4 half sandwiches, baguette, soup and greek salad. The sandwiches were sub-par, sloppily assembled and wrapped, one of our sandwich bread was torn and soggy. The basic toastedcheese was cold and unappetizing, even our kid refused it. Our salad was for better of a word wilted, as if it sat in dressingfor half a day. Our Chicken noodle soup was very salty. Very disappointed. Read more
