We just ordered lunch from here and I don?t know if it?s changed management or what but it was absolutely disgusting. The order... was incorrect, we were missing the cookies we ordered and had an extra Mac n cheese. The cookies for the kids were rock hard andold. I love potbelly sandwiches. They are toasty. I always get at least one cookie as well. My husband loves Their zapps chips. Their... staff is polite, even when I'm slightly changing one of their sandwiches... I remove the mushrooms from the pizza sandwich. Irarely get the milkshake, but they're amazing too. I really wish they were open later, as I would prefer to grab a quicksandwich for dinner some time. I'm often not leaving the house for lunch which seems to be their prime open time these days. For some reason I have issues getting any kind of toppings when ordering from Potbelly. For example, I just ordered four... sandwiches and two came with only meat on them. No vegetables, not even lettuce. This was right before they closed so we wereleft with some extremely dry inedible ... sandwiches... for dinner. In the end, I've just now ordered subway. If I could I would leave 0 star review. There are rude workers and they treated us terrible because they were closing. 2 workers... were talking about how Taco Bell is so much better and that the prices here are to high. They got my sandwich order all wrongand the rest of my family?s to. Read more
The cashier is very friendly and has a great positive personality. Whenever I go and he is there I know I'll get great customer... service. Food is good too so far no bad experience the only thing is the music is a bit loud and hard to hear, especially nowwith wearing a mask. Read more
A second poor experience. I received text at 12:38 (if someone wants to verify, I am keeping the text) saying my order was done... and ready for pickup. Dropped what I was doing. When I arrived, it wasn't done. The front person didn't apologize, and franklywas rude. The sandwiches were not completed until 12:49. The food was good or I would have given fewer stars. Eh, the last few times I've gone the food has been just okay. Each time with carryout I arrive before the time I've set and the... food tastes like it's been sitting there and for some reason the toast isn't actually toasty, again I think it's because it'sbeen wrapped for to long before I arrive. There are other options in the area go to those unless you plan on dinning in orordering on the spot. Read more
