Just ordered lunch from here. They barely speak English and didn't seem aware of the lunch special on their menu, so I ordered... two other dishes and they told me pick up in 20 minutes. When my fiance arrived 30 minutes later, a lady walking with raw beefasked her if she wanted it and promised to start cooking it then. HARD PASS. Read more

The food more than makes up for the setting. I would return over and over. Very friendly, and quite delicious!

Dessie Ethiopia Restaurant has new owners and they have been working to improve their services. The place has done renovations... and looks cleaner and more organized. With the Covid pandemic retention of workers have been difficult but the owner told methat he been working to improve services, revitalize the menu and doing all he can to satisfy his customers. The owners are opento new ideas, complaints and appreciate any feedback from customers. They have a new outdoor addition at the back of therestaurant and is a nice place in the summer. It is a working progress but his restaurant has come a long way. Read more

With the previous owners, Dessie was our family 's favorite restaurant. Today, we ordered two orders carry out, the gave as... wrong orders. I don't know what type of flour they used, the white enjera was terrible. In addition to that, too much salt onthe food. We had no choice but, putting both our orders in trash. Read more

The Staff was very friendly. It was my first time trying an Ethiopian dish. It will take me some to get use to but it was tasty.... Can't complain. I love the cultural paintings etc n the music. Read more
