There?s always an issue here. The staff behave as if you?re bothering them to correct orders that they seem to consistently get... WRONG. The manager corrected my last pick up order. $5.49 for my large iced coffee which should have contained a shot ofexpresso and extra ice. I asked them to remake because I wanted extra ice and I didn?t want her to just pour half out and wastethe extra $1.19 worth of my expresso shot by doing so. Guess what she did? As if money grows on trees these days. The storemanager is just as bad. Watch the way he touches all over the donuts as he puts them in the bags/boxes. And for the love mankindDUST THE CEILINGS. Drive a few miles further up Georgia Avenue to either of the other two Dunkin?s . I never have a problemthere. Save yourself the headache during the morning rush. Read more

I need someone to come in here and ask for a wake up wrap with the sweet black pepper bacon seasoning here so you can see how... this manager reacts. The guy seems very lost in his reaction and more towards confusion. The guy is defiantly unusual in hisapproach. As a former employee in this district every single time i enter this store i seem to have an issue with Mr. JuanPablito Montoya. AKA Manager. Guy has a careless and nonchalant attitude towards his customers. I order Bagels which are hard most days and drinks are prepared poorly at best on a good day. Read more

I don't complain much but this place needs to improve! The staff was so rude. The drinks weren't what we asked for. The... sourdough sandwich was hard and tasted old. Only decent thing we got was the chocolate donut. Read more
I don?t think the folks working at this site have been trained on the menu or the app. I presented a coupon for ?Free Bites and... Bagels? to try and get the Omelette bites and the staff tells me ?this is for bagels.? When I explain to them it says ?bites andbagels,? they take a look at their screens for a second, then start helping another customer, then look at me standing there andsaying ?sir you have to pay with a card or something else? while apologizing to the folks behind me as though I?m creating aproblem for them. If there isn?t a training issue here then it?s on the Dunkin system side that doesn?t work properly at thislocation for whatever reason. Read more
