Enjoy Jersey Mike's as a chain. I have to give 3 stars because of the very mixed service I've had at this location. Order ahead... for pickup seems to be the best option as they're kind of slow, particularly for hot sandwiches and the lunch rush can make thisa not quick stop. But the sandwiches themselves are good and while at times they have disappointed on the whole the location isclean and well kept. Read more

Worst service ever, I went in to order a sub around 3:30 PM . I was the only one in the store. There were 2 people cooking on ... the grill- and a person at the cash register and 3 other employees walking around the store. I waited for 5 or 6 minutes toplace my sub order, but all 6 employees never made eye contact or asked what I wanted to order. I tried to catch their attentionbut they just kept ignoring me. So finally I was so frustrated that I said loudly... REALLY, REALLY there are 6 of you workinghere and nobody will help me !!! They then just stared at me, and none of them said a word... Like, sorry can we help you ??... I waited another 20 or 30 seconds in silence hoping that someone would take my order, but not a sound was heard !, I thenwalk out saying loudly... Like Jersey Mike's as a chain go to for subs. Ordered my subs and confirmed to pick up about 15 minutes later. Got there 5... minutes after pick up time still not started. Here I am 20 minutes of waiting in store still no subs in hand. I could havedriven to my favorite sandwich place had it made and returned in this amount time. UPDATE: After the bad experience i had, Debbie got in contact with me and she made everything right. Really good subs. I love... them. Second time at this location. First time was great experience. Today i went and i asked for GIANT and a REGULAR bigkahuna chiken, food was great but they forgot my lettuce and fresh onions on both, even though i asked for Extra lettuce on one. -.- Good food thoe.
