Whatever management did to make this branch better, you are definitely on the right track. It was rough when they just opened.... Back then food tasted different and staff was still adjusting and didnt know the brand yet. Now food taste authentic, staff andcashier are amazing, wait time is shorter. Indoors is very clean and homey. Hopefully the menu adds the Taho and also theHalo-Halo. Read more
This Filipino chicken chain is excellent. The fried chicken comes with gravy to dip it in that adds more flavor. Get it with a... side of Filipino spaghetti that somes with a sweet sauce that has ham, groundmeat & hot dogs in it. The peach mango pie isgreat. Read more
Overall great experience. I ordered online to pick up. I arrived 15 minute late, but they didn't put my order together until I... arrived. Very nice of them! Food came out fresh. The pineapple drink was very good, the burger was just so-so, as the bun wasslightly stale. Burger did have a nice flavor with lots of mayo. I ordered a three piece with one spicy. Chicken was crispy andtasty. Get extra gravy with the 3 piece. The palabok fiesta was also very tasty. I've never had anything quite like it beforeand I'm not sure it really complimented the chicken, but it was yum with unique flavors. Overall my experience was great. I'dsay if you just want good chicken, I don't think Jollibee is quite good enough against some of the local chicken places (CM etc)or even Popeyes for that matter, however if you're looking for really good chicken plus some unusual and unique sides, go forit. I?m so disappointed with what I got from Jolibee today. This is not the first time I ordered 16pcs chicken tenders. So I?m... surprised of what I got. The tenders are so tiny. It didn?t even filled up the bucket. I waited for more than 20mins and this iswhat I got. And mind you the tenders are not cheap. Read more
I went around 2pm on a Monday and there wasn't a line at all. We walked right up, placed our order, and received our food less... than 5 minutes later. We got the 1pc chicken joy with spaghetti, chicken sandwich, and peach mango pie. Everything was extremelyhot, fresh, and delicious! If we didn't live so far, we would come here more often. We drove an hour and fifteen minutes just to get two pieces of thighs and eight drumsticks. This is unacceptable especially due... to the fact we waited about 30 minutes just to get an iffy order. I also noticed that people that had arrived after me weregiven their order before me. It makes no sense as to why someone with a short order should be entitled to get their order beforea big order especially if we were waiting before.I been calling to discuss my concern over the phone, but no one was picking up.now I feel better after this rant???? Finally got to try this place and I absolutely loved it. The chicken was juicy and crispy. The burger almost tasted like a... Salisbury steak but it was delicious. The fries were great. Everything tasted very fresh. The peach mango pie and the pineapplejuice were great.
