The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I ordered a combo meal and was never asked what size. I received a large fries... and medium drink and she rudely explained to me that that?s how they take orders. I?ve never had mixed match sizes given to mebut that?s excusable, miscommunication happens all the time and so I asked to receive a large drink instead. What wasinexcusable was the tone she had the whole entire conversation like I was a nuisance and as if I made the mistake. She responds ?why are you yelling at me I didn?t take your order?. I even apologized if she thought I was yelling and said I didn?t mean tobe difficult and then in the middle of me talking she takes another customer?s order. A customer ended up paying for what wouldcost for a ?refill? for me to get the right size and I felt so embarrassed as if I caused a scene. I immediately paid her backand apologized but she told me I shouldn?t be sorry. That that manager has many complaints and has always been rude tocustomers. I visited this McDonald's last night. After a certain time, you cannot enter the store. This could be due to Covid or lack of... manpower. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was surprised to receive luke warm fries. No sure why however, I'llgive it another try. Read more

Even if I appreciate how nice most of the associates were but I have experienced a very poor and bad customer service from an... associate called Fabio. He even serve wrong orders a couple of times. Read more
Awful McDonalds. They left out items for many of my orders and the folks aren't trained properly in customer service. Last time... I was there, equipment was broken into the drive threw and we were stuck for a half hour or so. And they forgot to give us asoda and offered NO coupon or discount. I suppose it is a gift, since I shouldn't be eating this highly processed, unhealthfulfood. That said, the chicken salad was quite good. Read more
