I was in the process of placing a $100 order. I had ordered a large order last month and received a soup that was not prepared... correctly. The container had the seafood but the spices, vinegar, and sauce were missing resulting in a "water" seafood soup. Itwas an honest mistake on their part. I had forgotten to call but felt that there would be no problem in asking for a replacementsoup in my current order since we were old customers. But no! They would rather lose my business forever than help a repeatcustomer out. This is common in Chinese restaurants. They will not do the right thing to keep their customers. Too bad! Thegood news is that we have found another restaurant, Red Ginger. The food is as good or better and the servings are moreconsistent with what restaurants serve rather than the smaller servings that Panda Wok sells. Orange chicken & lo mein were excellent here, don’t think I’ve gotten that good of an orange sauce anywhere else. The... caramelized peels always make a difference, please never stop doing that! The value here is excellent, nowhere nearby balancesprice & quality as well as Panda Wok does. It’s hard to eat out anywhere nowadays without dropping $20 per person, was able toget takeout dinner for 2 here for $25, not bad. Read more
I have ordered from this place more times than I'd care to admit and they haven't done me wrong once. Their crispy beef is... great, their sesame chicken is great, the panang curry is great, every app I've tried has been tasty, and I could go on. Ifyou're looking for a local spot, this is it. The food is good, the value is even better. You get so much food for what you pay. Also, something that stands out is that the... meat seems super tender and never dried out. It's worth the drive for us. Only improvements would be a little bit more seasoningin the food and if they sold soup dumplings. Read more
I ordered the egg foo young combo and they forgot the rice. Instead of them being gracious and apologizing they tried tell me... rice was in the pan and hung up on me. As you can see no rice! Only 3 Pattie’s. Which the combo only comes with two. I amvisiting here and this place was recommended. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Will not eat here again. Read more
