20 minutes; for a single grilled chicken sandwich, a fry and yuca. To which the Yuca was cold. I tried to try something... different in the area but seemingly offers the same items as a Don Pollo...given it's a franchise, can't say i was expecting ataste of culture but you would think the one cultural dish would be HOT and the grilled chicken was cold as well, that isall...faster service for im not the only who was agitated for how long it took to get the food. had the worst experience yesterday at this place. order for dining in, they gave me the # to put on the table after more than 20... minutes i went to see why my food was not ready and was told it was made to go and had been ready a while ago. when i told themit was for dining in the girl just looked at me and frowning say "NOoo it was to go" i said then why was i given a number for mytable, then the other worker there (man) said "yes she is right" the girl dead looked at me and just thew a plate over thecounter! i just took the bag and left. no sorry about the inconvenience or nothing but just awful customer service!!! Back to back nights, asked for a plain chicken sandwich and given a sandwich full of pickles This last time I asked for a... sanwich ?plain no pickles? and a side of nuggets and even asked ?you sure you got the sandwich plain and side of nuggets? helooked at me and said yes? i got no side of nuggets and sandwich covered in pickles I just don?t get it, I said it slowly andclearly thinking I talk to fast but to no avail smh ?.. ?? I am very sure Ill end up learning spanish through this place, as I will come here many times while am around. This chicken is... absolutely amazing, the seasoning makes KFC and Popeye utter nonsense, its in a league of its own. Of course, crispy lovers maynot get the monster crispiness from here, but I would say it is a good level of crispy to strong seasoning, giving it a goodbalance. The french fried and Yuca fries are good, no conplaint on that, the service is wonderful and fast. I was nervousbecause everyone was speaking Spanish (Of course they speak English too) during order pick ups, but I thought it was funny, wheneveryones number was being called in Spanish and then suddenly my order comes out in English. the team that was here 6/28 8.30pm isnt very courteous. Seems like employees working enough not to get fired but not to give a... pleasant experience to guest. The GM or Franchise owner should do something about it. Federico Paris who used to be the regionalmanager or whoever holds the position of Director of operations should be reached out. The employees forget common sense thingslike giving you a spoon for your mashed potatoes. Their "natural juices" taste like they where from the day before and were inthe incorrect juice containers. And I learned about getting a free 3 peace meal by downloading the campero app by looking at asign they had that was barely noticeable(behind the counter) this sign should be placed somewhere where Guests could see it.....Been a client for so many years but after this experience i think ill move on. Family friendly place where You may either dine in, get deliveries via partner apps or take out. It?s a great place to go for... tasty chicken! If you are hungry and do not want to wait to long; this is the place to go. Their chicken is moist and tasty;whether it is fried or grilled. I also enjoy there yucka, plantains and coleslaw sides. The valued meal are affordable forfamilies. Staff is nice and friendly and it?s clean. So far, it?s one of the best place to get chicken in the Wheathon-Glenmontarea. Read more
