Closed! It says it is going though a remodel. They didn't even take out the signs for Starbucks in the front entrance!

This Starbucks is ALWAYS out of more than 4 things . So much so , I have to go outside of the mall to another Starbucks just to... get what I want . At this point , they should just shut it down . It?s not the cleanest and it just looks dark and hidden away .If I could give less than one star I would . Every single time man , STOCK UP! Read more

The service was extremely slow. There was only one barista working and she was taking her time with everything. I ordered a... caramel macchiato and more than half of the drink was just straight milk. When I told the barista my drink was too light, shetold me it would cost extra to fix my drink. Read more

On Thursday, 9/24/20 I ordered a tall decaf Americana on the app. I arrived 20 mins later. No coffee for me. The young woman... behind the counter informed me that someone with the same name and same order had taken my coffee. She said it almost as ifthere had been a robbery or something else that she had no control over. Huh? If 2 exact orders and 2 exact names come in at thesame time you have no way of figuring out they are from 2 different people???? Yikes! Read more

The staff is extremely slow with the exception of Debra. It makes no sense to only have 1 person taking the orders and the same... person making the drinks especially in the morning. The cashier this morning(8/17/19 @ 950a) had no sense of urgency or customerservice. They have drinks at the counter but you cant pay for them with your Starbucks card. I have been a customer for a longtime and this is by far the worse Starbucks I've been to! Read more
